SUMMARY

Abstract
This clinical study introduces radiofrequency-assisted liposuction (RFAL) as a novel technique for three-dimensional soft tissue tightening and body contouring. Unlike traditional suction-based approaches, RFAL delivers controlled bipolar RF energy between internal and external electrodes to liquefy adipose tissue, coagulate vessels, and stimulate collagen remodeling. The method is designed to address limitations in conventional liposuction by providing uniform thermal distribution, improved safety, and enhanced contouring results.

Conclusion
The findings confirm that BodyTite RFAL produces measurable and reproducible soft tissue contraction, vessel coagulation, and adipose remodeling. Patients achieved improved contouring outcomes with reduced downtime and complications. The study recommends BodyTite RFAL as a superior alternative to conventional techniques, providing safe, predictable, and effective tissue tightening and body reshaping. These results support RFAL as a key advancement in minimally invasive body contouring technology.

TOPICS COVERED

  • Use of BodyTite RFAL for three-dimensional adipose liquefaction and skin contraction.
  • Mechanism of bipolar RF energy for vessel coagulation and FSN tightening.
  • Clinical outcomes of BodyTite in multiple anatomical areas.
  • Thermal regulation and impedance control for procedural safety.
  • Comparison of BodyTite results with traditional liposuction techniques.
