SUMMARY
Abstract
This study evaluated the use of the Morpheus8 RF microneedling applicator for treating cellulite on the thighs and buttocks in female patients. Using the Morpheus8 Body 40-pin tip at depths up to 6 mm, patients underwent two treatment sessions spaced one month apart. Both subjects reported visible improvements in cellulite severity, skin tightening, and overall satisfaction. Investigators also observed moderate-to-marked improvements in firmness and reduction of dimpling with minimal side effects limited to transient bruising.
Conclusion
Morpheus8 RF microneedling demonstrated safety and efficacy in improving cellulite, skin laxity, and adipose remodeling. The ability to deliver energy at deeper levels (up to 6 mm) allowed for disruption of fibrous septae while stimulating collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid production. The results indicate Morpheus8 is a promising minimally invasive treatment for cellulite, with sustained improvement observed up to nine months. Controlled studies with larger cohorts are recommended to further validate findings.
