SUMMARY
Abstract
This clinical paper addresses lymphatic complications associated with hyaluronic acid (HA) filler injections, such as persistent edema and localized swelling. Conventional management strategies remain limited in efficacy. This study introduces the use of fractional bipolar radiofrequency microneedling (Morpheus8) as an adjunctive treatment to improve tissue remodeling, lymphatic drainage, and skin quality in patients presenting with HA filler-related complications.
Conclusion
Morpheus8 fractional RF demonstrated effectiveness in reducing lymphatic complications, softening tissue irregularities, and improving patient satisfaction after HA filler procedures. The findings suggest that RF can play a valuable role in filler complication management by promoting neocollagenesis, enhancing lymphatic circulation, and reducing the need for invasive corrective interventions.
