SUMMARY

Abstract
This paper reviews the early application of TiteFX, a noninvasive radiofrequency (RF) device designed for fat reduction and dermal tightening. By combining RF heating with electrical pulse fields, TiteFX induces adipocyte apoptosis while enhancing dermal collagen, providing measurable circumferential reduction and improved skin tone. Early clinical data highlighted its effectiveness and tolerability, establishing a foundation for the modern era of noninvasive body contouring devices.

Conclusion
TiteFX demonstrated the potential of RF technologies for safe, effective fat reduction and skin tightening. Its favorable outcomes and safety profile led to the development of advanced successors such as BodyFX and Evolve, expanding treatment options in noninvasive body contouring.

TOPICS COVERED

  • Introduction of TiteFX as an early noninvasive RF platform
  • Mechanism of action: adipocyte apoptosis via RF and electrical pulses
  • Clinical outcomes in fat reduction and skin tightening
  • Safety profile and minimal downtime
  • Influence of TiteFX on later technologies: BodyFX and Evolve
