SUMMARY
Abstract
This clinical study retrospectively evaluated the safety and efficacy of Lumecca, a high-peak power intense pulsed light (IPL) device, for treating a range of skin lesions. Data was collected from 54 subjects across 27 clinics, with photographs assessed using the Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale (GAIS). Lumecca demonstrated significant improvements in pigmented lesions, vascular conditions, textural irregularities, rosacea, and melasma with minimal sessions and no unexpected side effects.
Conclusion
The study confirms that Lumecca IPL is a safe and highly effective device for skin rejuvenation, capable of treating pigmented, vascular, and textural lesions across various facial and body areas. Its unique high-peak power pulse structure enables faster, more selective treatment with fewer sessions, offering a reliable solution for aesthetic practitioners.
