SUMMARY

Abstract
This prospective, open-label study evaluated the safety and efficacy of Vasculaze, a 1064 nm diode laser designed for treating vascular lesions of the lower extremities. Fifteen female patients with reticular and spider veins underwent two treatment sessions spaced six weeks apart, with follow-ups at three and six months. Efficacy was assessed using standardized photographs and investigator classification scoring. Results demonstrated a clear reduction in vascular lesion appearance, with average lesion scores improving from “moderate” at baseline to “mild” at follow-up.

Conclusion
The study demonstrates that the Vasculaze 1064 nm diode laser is a safe, effective, and durable treatment option for lower extremity vascular lesions. Improvements were sustained for at least six months, with no unexpected adverse events. Vasculaze offers a reliable, non-invasive alternative for cosmetic leg vein treatment, expanding the range of InMode’s vascular solutions.
