SUMMARY
Abstract
This prospective multicenter clinical study assessed the safety and efficacy of a noninvasive hands-free bipolar radiofrequency (RF) device designed for facial remodeling of the chin and cheeks. Eighty-seven patients aged 35–75 years received three treatments spaced two weeks apart. Evaluations included blinded image assessments, investigator scoring, patient self-assessments, and histological biopsy analysis. Results demonstrated statistically significant improvements in skin appearance with minimal discomfort.
Conclusion
The study confirmed that the hands-free bipolar RF system is both safe and effective for skin remodeling. Patients and investigators reported improved appearance and high satisfaction, while histological samples confirmed collagen and elastin remodeling. This automated device reduces operator fatigue and variability, establishing a reliable solution for noninvasive skin tightening.
