SUMMARY

Abstract
This clinical study evaluated the safety and efficacy of Fractora fractional radio-frequency (RF) technology for comprehensive facial rejuvenation. Thirty patients with Fitzpatrick skin types I–V, aged 29–70, received a single full-face treatment. Fractora combines ablative RF resurfacing with non-ablative RF remodeling, enabling improvements in wrinkles, pigmentation, skin texture, vascular lesions, and laxity within the same procedure. Histological analysis confirmed collagen remodeling, neocollagenesis, and elastin formation after treatment. Clinical results at 3–6 months showed significant reductions in wrinkles, lines, pigmentation, and vascular lesions.

Conclusion
Fractora fractional RF demonstrated more than 50% improvement in multiple signs of facial aging after a single session. Results continued to improve up to 6 months post-treatment, confirming long-term collagen remodeling. This technology provides a versatile and cost-effective option for aesthetic practices, replacing the need for multiple devices.

TOPICS COVERED
