SUMMARY

Abstract
This clinical study evaluated the safety and efficacy of combining Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), continuous non-ablative radiofrequency (FORMA), and fractional ablative radiofrequency (Fractora) for comprehensive facial skin rejuvenation. Eleven female patients underwent alternating sessions of IPL and RF-based treatments, with follow-up assessments at 6 and 12 weeks post-treatment. The study found statistically significant improvements in wrinkles, pigmentation, vascular lesions, and skin laxity, with no adverse events reported.

Conclusion
The results demonstrate that a multi-modality approach using IPL, continuous RF, and fractional RF is both safe and effective for facial rejuvenation. Improvements continued even after the final treatment session, highlighting the synergistic benefits of combining Lumecca, FORMA, and Fractora applicators from the InMode platform. This combination offers patients a minimally invasive option for comprehensive facial rejuvenation with predictable results and minimal downtime.
