SUMMARY

Abstract
This study evaluates the integration of dynamic definition liposculpture (HD2) with bipolar fractional radiofrequency microneedling (Morpheus8) to optimize skin tightening and contouring. A retrospective review of 86 patients (2022–2024) demonstrated consistent safety and efficacy. The abdomen, back, face, neck, thighs, and arms were most frequently treated. Morpheus8 improved skin laxity, reduced irregularities, and decreased the need for excisional procedures, while BodyTite enhanced fat liquefaction and contraction. Together, these technologies delivered natural, athletic contours with minimal complications.

Conclusion
The combination of BodyTite liposuction with Morpheus8 microneedling represents a safe and effective adjunctive approach for advanced body sculpting. This synergy enhances skin tightening, dermal remodeling, and definition, allowing surgeons to achieve superior results across a range of patient body types. The study highlights that meticulous patient selection and optimized RF settings are essential to minimize risks and maximize satisfaction.
