SUMMARY

Abstract
This clinical paper addresses the need for a safe and effective fractional resurfacing device that minimizes downtime and complications while achieving visible skin rejuvenation outcomes. The authors present data and experience using Fractora RF, a bipolar radiofrequency device designed for skin resurfacing and dermal remodeling.

Conclusion
Fractora RF demonstrated consistent improvement in skin texture and wrinkle reduction with minimal downtime and high patient tolerance. The authors found the technology particularly useful for treating sensitive areas such as the lower eyelids. The paper concludes that bipolar RF fractional resurfacing is a safe and effective alternative to traditional ablative techniques, making Fractora a valuable addition to aesthetic practices.

TOPICS COVERED

  • Introduction of Fractora, a bipolar RF device for fractional skin resurfacing
  • Application techniques and patient treatment protocols
  • Use cases for periorbital wrinkles, acne scars, and fine lines
  • RF ablation for deeper dermal heating and collagen stimulation
  • Patient satisfaction and safety outcomes across Fitzpatrick skin types

Comparison of traditional ablative resurfacing and RF-based techniques
