SUMMARY

Abstract
Acne vulgaris and related scarring often persist despite conventional therapies. Fractional radiofrequency (FRF) has shown promise in delivering dermal remodeling without significant epidermal injury. This long-term follow-up assessed outcomes in four patients (from an original eight-patient cohort) who underwent a protocol of four treatments with Fractora™ (InMode), with some receiving additional touch-up sessions. Evaluations included photographic comparisons at 1–3 months, 12–24 months, and up to two years post-treatment. Results demonstrated continued improvement in acne lesions, scars, pores, and skin texture, highlighting the progressive and durable nature of FRF remodeling.

Conclusion
Fractional RF treatment with Fractora™ offers safe, effective, and long-lasting improvements in both active acne and acne-related scars. Patients with light and dark skin types benefitted from the treatment, especially with coated pins for added safety in darker skin. Long-term follow-ups confirmed sustained improvements up to two years, establishing FRF as a reliable modality for acne and scar management with minimal downtime. Larger randomized studies are recommended to confirm these findings.
