SUMMARY

Abstract
This study explored whether “megasessions” of BodyFX could replace the traditional eight weekly RF treatments for fat reduction. Eight female patients underwent either two or three extended sessions using BodyFX, MiniFX, and DeepFX applicators to target superficial, midlevel, and deep fat layers. Photographic and 3D volumetric analyses confirmed reductions in abdominal fat comparable to standard protocols, with fewer office visits and patient inconvenience.

Conclusion
The megasession protocol using BodyFX produced clinically meaningful reductions in adipose tissue volume while maintaining patient safety. Results suggest that treating multiple adipose depths within fewer sessions can optimize patient satisfaction and efficiency. Larger, prospective studies are recommended to validate long-term outcomes and scalability.

TOPICS COVERED

  • Use of BodyFX radiofrequency technology for noninvasive fat reduction
  • Comparison of megasessions versus eight weekly treatment sessions
  • Application of BodyFX, MiniFX, and DeepFX for multilevel adipose targeting
  • Volumetric analysis and 3D imaging to measure fat reduction
  • Clinical outcomes demonstrating patient satisfaction and safety
