SUMMARY

Abstract
This split-face clinical study evaluated a temperature- and impedance-controlled, non-invasive radiofrequency (RF) device for skin tightening. Four patients underwent eight weekly sessions of RF on one side of the face, leaving the opposite side as control. Histological and biochemical analysis confirmed significant improvements: a 7.9% increase in dermal collagen content and 34.7% increase in collagen synthesis, with no adverse effects or impact on elastin. Clinical photography demonstrated visible tightening of jawline, cheekbone, and nasolabial folds.

Conclusion
Non-invasive bipolar RF (Forma, InMode) was proven to be a safe and effective treatment for skin tightening. The results highlight RF’s ability to remodel collagen and induce new synthesis, providing lasting improvements in skin laxity. The device’s real-time temperature and impedance monitoring ensured treatment safety and comfort, making it a reliable option for patients seeking non-surgical rejuvenation.
