SUMMARY

Abstract
This clinical study introduces the MICRO-Lift (Minimally Invasive, Combined Radiofrequency, Outpatient lift), a novel technique combining internal RFAL and external bipolar RF (Morpheus8) to target cervicofacial ligaments. The goal is to offer a minimally invasive, scar-free solution to neck and lower face aging by inducing subdermal soft tissue contraction, skin tightening, and ligament reshaping.

Conclusion
The MICRO-Lift, when used with BodyTite/NeckTite and Morpheus8, is a highly effective, reproducible, and minimally invasive option for cervicofacial rejuvenation. With a 90.8% satisfaction rate at 1-year follow-up and minimal downtime, this technique provides a reliable alternative to surgical facelifts—particularly for patients seeking scarless options. The study supports its adoption as a new gold standard in ligament-based facial contouring using radiofrequency-assisted lipocoagulation and fractional RF technologies.
