SUMMARY
Abstract
This clinical study investigates the efficacy of combining radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis (RFAL) with radiofrequency microneedling to address premature jowl and neck laxity in patients who have previously undergone facialplasty. The research aims to determine whether this minimally invasive approach can safely and effectively improve skin tightness and contour in the lower face and neck regions.
Conclusion
The study concludes that the combined use of AccuTite and Morpheus8 technologies offers a safe and effective minimally invasive treatment for patients experiencing premature jowl and neck laxity after facialplasty. Patients reported high satisfaction levels, with significant improvements observed in skin tightness and contour. These findings support the integration of Morpheus8 and AccuTite as viable alternatives to revision facelifts for appropriate candidates.
