SUMMARY
Abstract
This clinical study evaluates the use of BodyTite radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis (RFAL) to treat grade 2 and grade 3 cellulite affecting the thighs and buttocks. Ten female patients underwent minimally invasive bipolar RF treatments with aspiration of coagulated adipose tissue. Pre- and 6-month postoperative photographs of 70 treated areas were scored by blinded evaluators using the Photonumeric Cellulite Severity Scale. Statistically significant improvements were observed across all treated zones, demonstrating that BodyTite RFAL effectively reduces superficial fascial system laxity contributing to cellulite.
Conclusion
The study concludes that BodyTite RFAL provides a safe, reproducible, and effective minimally invasive solution for treating moderate to severe cellulite. By achieving controlled thermal endpoints, the procedure generates collagen contraction and tightening of the superficial fascial system, resulting in improved skin contour and patient satisfaction. BodyTite cellulite treatment with RFAL represents a novel advancement in nonexcisional body contouring, delivering predictable and measurable results for challenging thigh and buttock areas.
